Our Mission

Our ministry exists to bring children into age appropriate worship where they can belong to the family of God, grow in their relationship with Christ, learn to serve and then go share Christ in the world!

Our goal is to provide a fun and interactive program tailored just for kids to help them know Jesus and grow spiritually as they build meaningful relationships with other children and adults!

Our children are taught the scripture and the principles of God’s Word every Sunday Morning in Sunday School at 9am. Then at 10am we have faithful leaders who lead in children’s church. Your child will learn Bible stories and sing gospel songs. This area is especially geared for the ages of 3yrs. through 6th grade.

Kids Sunday School

Our Sunday School classes are divided into grade appropriate peer groups to encourage deeper growth in Christ. Classes are designed to help kids grow in their love for Jesus and knowledge of the Bible. We use  curriculum which seeks to train children to be dynamic disciples of Jesus Christ-kids who know God intimately, love Him passionately, and serve Him selflessly. Sunday school begins at 9am.

Kids Church

Kid’s Church takes place during our Morning Worship Service. Children will enjoy the mix of new and old worship songs, hymns, and energizers with hand motions. Our Worship time is made as a part of understanding different aspects of praise to God, and having a great time while doing it!

Kids Activities

Parkview works hard in providing activities for children to participate in throughout the year. A few that stands out are Vacation Bible School and Church Camp.

Vacation Bible School is a children’s outreach ministry that educates our young people about God. Usually held each Summer, Vacation Bible School is an easy way to get kids involved in church while giving parents an opportunity to meet the people of the church too.

Church camps are great!  Day Springs Camp is in the Waco area and Southland Christian Camp is in Louisiana. Our camps provide children the opportunities to enjoy new and challenging activities while promoting responsible behavior and the development of Christian life skills.  <Southland Gallery>
